Listing terms
- Every property is advertised only with the owner's written authority, or, where another brokerage holds the listing, with that dealer's written consent. Co-operating listings name the listing dealer.
- Details and prices are supplied by the owner or listing dealer and confirmed on the date shown on each listing. Buyers and tenants should verify all details through their own attorney or surveyor before contracting.
- Commission is payable by the client named in the written agreement, and only when the sale or letting is completed. No fee is ever charged to view a property.
- All real estate services are provided through Gourzong Realty Group Limited, a real estate dealer licensed by the Real Estate Board of Jamaica.
- Photos show the property as it was when photographed and are not altered to change its appearance.
