Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled under Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020. Last updated 18 October 2026.

Who controls your data

What is collected

Only what you enter in an enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), what you're looking for and your message. The site records the date of your enquiry. It sets no tracking or advertising cookies. A sign-in cookie is used only by staff in the private admin area.

Why it is used

To answer your enquiry and arrange viewings, listings or transactions you ask about. Your details are never sold and are not used for marketing unless you separately agree.

Who sees it

Your agent and, where your enquiry proceeds to a transaction, Gourzong Realty Group Limited. Enquiry notifications are sent by email through Amazon Web Services, whose servers are outside Jamaica, under that provider's contractual data-protection safeguards. The website is hosted on the same provider.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted automatically 12 months after they are received. Records of completed transactions are kept for as long as the law requires, including anti-money-laundering record-keeping rules.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data held about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by contacting realtorbucksam@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner of Jamaica.

Identification documents

Anti-money-laundering law requires identification and source-of-funds checks for some transactions. These are collected in person at the brokerage, never through this website.
